The Cregis team is pleased to announce that starting from January 30, the four major public chains of Avalanche, Optimism, Base, and Arbitrum One will be launched on the Cregis platform.
Cregis users can recharge and withdraw AVAX, USDT_AVAX, OPT_ETH, BASE_USDC, BASE_ETH, ARB_USDT, and ARB_ETH through the "Wallet-Currency Management" function in the Cregis application.
Avalanche C-Chain
Avalanche is a decentralized open-source proof-of-stake blockchain with smart contract capabilities. AVAX is the native cryptocurrency of the platform. Avalanche also has three interoperable blockchain systems: Exchange (X-Chain), Contract (C-Chain) and Platform (Platform: P-Chain), and each of these three blockchains has its own responsibilities.
In the Avalanche ecosystem, all smart contracts are developed, deployed, and interacted with by default on C-Chain. Since C-Chain contains multiple virtual machines and is compatible with EVM, developers can create any smart contract compatible with Ethereum, and can also easily clone and migrate contracts already deployed on Ethereum to Avalanche.
Optimism
Optimism is a fast, stable, scalable and low-cost Ethereum Layer 2 blockchain. Optimism runs on top of the Ethereum blockchain (Layer 1) to help alleviate congestion, thereby reducing transaction costs and processing times.
Base
Base is a Layer 2 public chain of Ethereum incubated by Coinbase. Base is developed based on OP Stack, an open source project of Optimism (OP). Coinbase hopes to build Base into a highly secure, low-cost, development-friendly on-chain ecosystem, and help Coinbase launch different on-chain products.
Decision One
Arbitrum One is an Ethereum Layer 2 scaling solution that aims to redefine the paradigm of blockchain scalability and performance. Arbitrum accelerates Ethereum computing through Optimistic Rollup, combining the security and cost-effectiveness of DApps.
