From 2,000U to 28,000U—I’ve summed up that there are really only three things that truly work.

It’s not any kind of mysticism, and it’s not about gambling. I’ve also been beaten up by the market back when I was losing so badly that I didn’t even have the courage to look at my account. Later, I slowly made it through, and then I realized: the difference between making money and losing money isn’t luck—it’s awareness and execution.

First, draw the map first, then find the entry.
In the past, I would always rush in by watching the minute chart, only to get swept out by stop-losses over and over. So I forced myself to build a habit: before opening any chart, look at the bigger timeframe—daily and weekly to set the direction—then switch to a smaller timeframe to find the entry point. When the direction is right, you enter with confidence. If the structure doesn’t give a signal, even if it’s running hard, I won’t chase. I wait for the node that belongs to me.

Second, write the “script” for every single trade in advance.
Before entering, I write out everything clearly: the stop-loss line, the take-profit line, and the holding time. I don’t care how the market plays out—I just follow the script. If I lose, I know exactly how much I’ll lose; if I win, I know when to close. Even after two or three consecutive stop-outs, my mindset won’t collapse, because every trade is within the plan, and emotions can’t take control of my hands.

Third, attack with profits—lock the principal.
This is the dumbest and most stable way to roll. After each profitable trade, I separate the profit out as the risk capital for the next round, while the principal stays untouched. That’s how I slowly chewed up from 2,000U to 5,600U—step by step. Later, when I encountered a trending market with three consecutive main upswings, each round used the previous round’s profits to add leverage. Profit rolls into profit, and in the end I hit 28,000U.

To outsiders, it looks like luck exploding. Only I know it came from the rhythm磨ing itself out after dozens of small losses and small wins. The market never lacks opportunities; what it lacks is the few chances where you can truly understand, hold on to, and manage entries and exits with ease. Don’t think about stepping onto success in one leap. Treat every profit as ammunition for the next trade. Roll it gradually—then the snowball will naturally get bigger.

There’s no standard answer for the real “rolling position” mindset, but the foundation is definitely this: you can understand what you’re looking at, you can calculate clearly, and you can hold your ground. Once you develop your own method, it’s more useful than copying anyone else’s homework.
