"Hey, I transferred at 14:12. The account holder’s name is Hiếu. Could you please check for me?"

I typed this almost for every command. It’s basically self-explanatory.

But it does three things: records the transfer time, the account holder’s name, and gives the other side a place to reply.

The chat box inside the order is the only profile both parties can see. It’s also what the support team rereads when there’s a dispute.

So include everything in there:

transfer time and account holder’s name
questions when the funds haven’t arrived within the expected time
all agreements between the two sides, even short sentences

As for a few things that should stay outside:

phone number, social media, invitations to message on other apps
a change of the receiving account number mid-way, even if the reason sounds reasonable
custom transfer notes—just follow the instructions on the order

Going outside the app gives speed, but you lose the cross-check.

And no need to rush. From the moment the order matches, the seller’s crypto is already put into escrow and locked until both sides finish. There’s always time to type out a question.

I’ve had a few cases where the money arrived later than the clock. The handling is still the same: message directly in the chat, ask whether it’s been received yet, and whether they need to resend the receipt. If it sounds reasonable, wait a bit longer. Only after the silence lasts do you move on to the next step.

If someone suggests changing the receiving account, or invites you to go outside the platform, then stop. Don’t transfer any more. Ask in the chat; if you’re not sure, message Binance Support—available 24/7.

To me, the chat box is like a shared notebook between two strangers. The value is in typing an extra line while everything is still normal. Once something happens, you can’t rewrite the history.

If you have your own checklist, add one more line: all exchanges must stay within the order.

Brothers, do you usually message before transferring, or after transferring?
