Be extremely vigilant about these P2P trading scam traps:
1. Invitations to trade off-platform: Do not follow offers to cancel orders on the exchange so you can trade directly via Zalo, Telegram, or Facebook to "get a better price" or "avoid fees." Once you leave the exchange, the Escrow service protecting your funds will no longer be effective.
2. Impersonating support staff: Do not respond to anyone who claims to be "Exchange Support" messaging you via P2P chat or social media asking you to provide your password, OTP code, or asking you to drop/shed coins/cancel the order. The exchange service will never interfere with your assets in this way.
3. Accidentally clicking “Cancel Order”: After you have transferred the money, do not click the "Cancel Order" button even if the other party raises any reasons (such as system errors, changing account numbers...). If something goes wrong, use the "Appeal" feature so the exchange can mediate and decide.
