Don't blame Escrow when you personally remove the “P2P insurance” yourself!

90% of cases get bank accounts suspended because of “dirty money” (Black Money/AML) or lose Fiat that doesn't come from a Binance vulnerability, but from negligence when you unilaterally remove the system’s protective mechanisms.

Case Study: A Trader sees the Merchant claim “bank maintenance,” asks to proceed outside Escrow, or to accept money from a third-party account (Third-party Payment). Result: They receive the exact dirty funds from another hack/scam incident, and the bank account is locked/frozen entirely (Frozen Account) as required by the investigation.

“Survival” checklist for safe P2P:

Strictly No Third-Party: The bank account holder name of the transfer MUST match 100% with the KYC-verified name on Binance. Even 1 character off = Refuse & Dispute immediately.

Never Release Early: Only tap “Payment Received” once the money has already appeared in the Mobile Banking app. Don't trust bank SMS, don't trust screenshots of bills!

Keep On-Platform: Any agreements made via Tele/Zalo to trade off the platform are traps designed to dismantle Escrow.

Would you rather choose a Merchant with a prettier price by 10–20 coins, or prioritize a Completion Rate > 98% and an old account?
