When you resign, say it this way so you won’t offend anyone.

1. Don’t say the salary is too low; say you want to pause and take some time to adjust.

2. Don’t say you worked a lot but got paid too little; say your personal skills and abilities temporarily don’t meet the requirements of the position.

3. Don’t say the company is bad; say you’re very grateful for the training you’ve received over the years.

4. When your leader strongly tries to retain you, don’t say you don’t want to work anymore; say that at this stage you can’t keep up with the company’s pace of development.

5. Don’t say your coworkers are hard to get along with; say that your personal plans don’t quite align with the current environment.
