Neutrl Foundation has released a protocol restoration plan, which is now in the community voting stage with a voting period of 5 days.
Key points of the plan:
- Rebuild the reserve framework to prevent similar incidents from happening again
- Reopen minting and redemption functions in phases
- Update the risk-control model to improve real-time reserve report transparency
- Provide compensation and proportional reinstatement to users holding positions during the suspension
If the proposal passes, the protocol will be restored under the new framework within 48 hours after the voting ends; if it fails, the team commits to submitting a revised plan within 14 days based on community feedback.
Previously, Neutrl temporarily stopped minting, redemption, and other core functions due to disruption to protocol reserves. The next steps will depend entirely on the community voting outcome.
