Binance has been making moves really fast lately—Apple, Amazon, and SpaceX have all jumped on bStocks, with 24-hour trading. You can buy fractional shares for as low as $5. But after watching the order book for a few days, a thought popped into my head: would institutions even dare to play this?

Stock tokenization on-chain is definitely convenient: settlement in a second, no waiting for T+1, and after-hours earnings reports show up immediately in the price. But on-chain everything is transparent—you can see how much someone bought and at what cost, for the whole world to see. Retail doesn’t really care. But what about institutions? Forcing Wall Street to lay their cards on a public chain—yeah, not happening.

That’s what @Dusk is tackling.

Dusk isn’t some kind of brute-force privacy mixer. It’s privacy with compliance baked in. Your holdings and trades are kept confidential from the outside, and when regulators need it, it can be disclosed compliantly. Under the hood, ZK technology provides the mathematical backing—no need to trust anyone.

And Dusk isn’t just riding the concept wave. It’s already partnered with the Dutch licensed exchange NPEX to move compliant securities onto the chain. The DuskEVM mainnet is coming soon—Solidity developers can use the familiar Foundry toolchain to get started, with almost zero migration cost.

Put it all together and it gets interesting: Binance moves stocks on-chain, solving the “whether it can be done” problem. Dusk solves the “whether institutions dare to join” problem—whether big capital is willing to put itself on-chain. One serves as a traffic entry point, and the other as the infrastructure foundation. The missing puzzle piece in RWA is becoming clearer and clearer.

Of course, before the mainnet is actually live, all of this is logic and projection. But privacy + compliant RWA infrastructure is one of the most worth watching tracks next.

What do you think institutions’ biggest concern about on-chain is: privacy or compliance? Let’s discuss in the comments. Keep tracking @Dusk ’s mainnet progress.
