How to handle errors that arise during a P2P transaction:
- Under no circumstances cancel the order if you are the buyer and you have already transferred the funds.
- Contact the counterparty via the P2P chat box immediately to clarify the information.
- Provide evidence: Take photos of the fund transfer receipt showing the transaction code (Ref code), time, and bank account number.
- Click the "Appeal" button: If after 5 - 10 minutes the issue cannot be resolved through negotiation, ask Binance’s Customer Support (CSKH) team to step in.
