Aave ($AAVE ) recently has continued to improve market sentiment, with multiple positive catalysts stacking up and deserving attention.

Deribit is about to list the $AAVE perpetual contract, which means the mainstream derivatives market’s recognition of its liquidity and attention is being further upgraded. Multi-chain TVL has surpassed the $500 million mark, indicating that capital hasn’t left—it’s been continually settling.

On-chain data also echoes this: large inflows and outflows are frequent, and there is a clear increase in institution-level capital activity. These are typical "turnover" signals before a market move starts. On the fundamentals side, the protocol’s actual revenue keeps growing; combined with ongoing optimization of the token value-capture mechanism, long-term holders’ return expectations are being repriced.

From the market view, with a market cap of about $1.38 billion and $134 million in 24-hour trading volume, $AAVE is still within a participation-friendly scale. Among major DeFi blue chips, it’s uncommon to see narrative, capital, and fundamentals improving all at the same time.

That said, note that when a contract goes live and institutions take action, volatility often amplifies. Chasing higher prices in the short term isn’t rational. A more stable approach may be to lay out positions in batches, aligned with your own risk-control pace.
