In the past, I used to think that Binance P2P’s Escrow system and its 24/7 Support were like a “sunshade tarp” that protected me absolutely.

But when I personally got stuck with an order, I finally realized: the system builds the safe, yet my own actions are the key.

Handling P2P issues isn’t about waiting—it’s a reflex of self-protection through discipline:

👍I never trust screenshots:

A transfer receipt photo or an SMS message can be faked. I only trust the real balance changes shown in my banking app. If I haven’t seen the money “ting-ting” in the account, I stay cold and hold the button, refusing to release the crypto.

👍I never leave the platform:

Any invitations to move over to Zalo or Telegram to “deal with it faster” are traps. I only communicate within the order Chat window—because stepping outside is like throwing away your right to be protected with your own hands.

👍I take the initiative to respond with evidence:

When I click the Appeal button, I don’t send static screenshots. Following CS instructions, I record a video of my banking app operations, and provide transaction history and the actual balance to prove transparency.

👍I control risk from the very start:

Before placing an order, I always check the counterparty’s completion rate and verify that the bank account name matches 100% with the KYC name on Binance.

The Appeal button is always there, but its value depends entirely on your alertness and accurate proof from you.
