There are 4 signs that make me stop a Binance P2P order
I once came across an offer with a really great price.
Cheaper than a few of the nearby offers. The seller also replies to messages pretty quickly. At first glance, there’s no reason to skip it.
Then I read the payment section carefully.
There was one requirement that seemed a bit strange to me. The seller wanted me to do an extra step beyond what I usually do. I asked again. The answer still didn’t make me feel reassured.
So I closed the order.
Not too regretful.
After a few Binance P2P transactions, I noticed a few signs—when I see them, I slow down. Abnormally good pricing. The other side keeps pushing me to complete. Payment details don’t match. Or they want to move the conversation off the platform.
Just one sign doesn’t necessarily mean anything.
But when many signs appear at the same time, I don’t continue.
There’s one thing I find pretty easy to forget when trading. I don’t have to choose the first offer I see. Binance P2P has many other options, so skipping an order that makes me uncomfortable isn’t a big deal.
I’d rather give up a good price than deal with a problematic transaction afterward.
