When trading on P2P, if you encounter unexpected situations, stay calm and handle them according to the safe guidelines below:
❓ Situation 1: The buyer has clicked “Paid”, but your bank has not reported that the funds have arrived?
👉 How to handle: Under no circumstances release the coins. Message the buyer to ask for a screenshot of the transaction receipt. Check your banking app carefully. If the countdown time has ended and you still have not received the money, click Appeal and submit evidence to Binance for review.
❓ Situation 2: You transferred too much/too little money, or you entered the wrong transfer content?
👉 How to handle: Message the counterparty directly through the in-app chat on Binance to reach an agreement. If the counterparty does not cooperate—requesting a refund or not releasing the coins—click Appeal and upload the bank transfer invoice.
