Safe P2P trading: Don’t let a moment of carelessness cost you your crypto
In P2P trading, safety must always come first. Here are 4 important principles that every user should remember:

1. Always trade on the platform
Do not move transactions to Telegram, WhatsApp, or any other external channel. Trading outside the platform may cause you to lose protective mechanisms, make disputes harder to resolve, and increase the risk of scams.

2. Verify your counterparty before trading
Check the profile, transaction history, and the counterparty’s completion rate. In particular, match the account name/payment recipient information with what is shown on the platform. If anything seems unusual, stop the transaction and review again.

3. Confirm payment before releasing crypto
Don’t rely only on screenshots, SMS, or the counterparty’s confirmation. Check your own bank account/wallet and only release crypto after you confirm the funds have truly been received.

4. Save records & contact support when needed

Keep the transaction ID, counterparty information, chat history, and payment proof. If a dispute occurs or you detect suspicious behavior, use the official support channel on the platform to get it checked and handled.

🔐 Golden rule: Trade on the platform – verify the counterparty – check the money actually received – don’t ignore unusual signs – keep evidence.

Safety isn’t the last step of a transaction. Safety must begin from the very first step.
