Before clicking the asset release button on the order, you must check all these 4 points.
Point 1: Communication channel. Make sure all messages are within the order, with no transactions outside the platform.
Point 2: Asset status. Confirm that the asset is still safely held by the Escrow mechanism.
Point 3: Sender name. Verified that the name on the bank transfer account matches the verified name on Binance.
Point 4: Balance fluctuation. Open the official banking app yourself and confirm that the actual money has been added to your wallet.
If any 1 of the 4 points is not met, you must stop the transaction immediately.
Save the Order ID code as the basis for filing an appeal.
