Partner forced me to cancel the order after payment was made — Risks to avoid
I once encountered a case where the transfer was successful, but the seller messaged: “The system is down now. Please cancel the order so I can refund you.” I decided not to cancel the order because I clearly understand the rule: If you press cancel, the order will be closed and the seller may end up taking both the money and the coins.
I insisted that they refund first, and only then we proceed, or let the system handle it automatically via Appeal. Cancelling an order after making a transfer is an absolute mistake that you must never make. These cases should be reported so the Binance P2P team can handle them
