What to do when you’ve transferred funds but the seller doesn’t release USDT on Binance P2P?
Don’t panic! Here is an “emergency rescue” procedure to help you protect your assets 100%:
1. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT forget to click "Marked as Paid": Many people forget to press this button, causing the order to be automatically canceled. Click it right after you complete the bank transfer.
2. Send proof in the Chat box: Upload the transfer receipt into the P2P chat box so the other party knows you’ve finished the transaction.
3. Click "Appeal" immediately: If the other party goes silent beyond the allowed time, press appeal. Binance is holding the seller’s USDT in escrow, so your assets are still safe. Binance Support will verify and refund your money after checking valid receipts.
Painstaking lesson: Always keep the PDF receipt from the bank as your “counterattack” for any fraud attempts!
