4 Golden rules you cannot ignore
100% authorized holder: The name on your bank account used to transfer/receive money must match the name verified (KYC) on the exchange. Absolutely do not transact via a third party’s account.
Verify in the banking app: Only click "Received money" (Release) when you have opened the banking app, confirmed that your actual balance has increased, and the amount is correct. Never trust SMS messages, email notifications, or screenshots.
Keep all communications on the platform: Only chat and send proof through the exchange’s integrated chat system for P2P. Do not switch to chatting on Zalo, Telegram, WhatsApp, etc., to avoid evidence chat messages being deleted if a dispute occurs.
Clean transfer details: Only enter the correct Order ID, or leave the memo blank/simple as required by the merchant. Absolutely do not include sensitive keywords such as Crypto, Bitcoin, USDT, Buy, Sell, Binance...
