1. Hadrian completed a $1.37B Series D round, valuing the company at $7.87B. The round was co-led by WCM Investment Management, Washington Harbour Partners, Valor Equity Partners, and others. The funding will be used to expand an automated factory network and increase production of key components for U.S. defense, aerospace, and industrial systems.

2. Firmus completed a $2.0B strategic equity financing round. Investors include NVIDIA, Coatue, funds under Blackstone, and Jane Street. The funding will be used to accelerate the construction of AI factories in Australia and expand into the Asia-Pacific market.

3. Lumilens completed a C round of over $0.7B, valuing the company at $5.51B. The round was co-led by Atreides Management, Bain Capital Ventures, Meritech, Seligman Ventures, and Spark Capital. The funding will be used for R&D of optical networking products, supporting high-speed data transmission for AI data centers.
