Zone 61774-62514, in my opinion, is the last interesting level for building a local long position.
62514 - an early break of the trend.
61774 - a more specific break.
If we break through this zone, then with a very high probability we will go storming the low.
So, within this range you can look for a long position expecting a bounce, but globally we are still in a bearish market, and I expect a final move down, where the cycle bottom will be set.
