Binance suspends withdrawals to cards for users from Ukraine

According to media reports, Binance sent a warning to Ukrainian users about changes in the operation of fiat channels — from December 29, 2025, the platform will temporarily stop direct withdrawals to bank cards.

What is not working:
- withdrawals to VISA/MasterCard;
- recurring purchases;
- limit orders for fiat purchases.

What remains available:
- account top-ups with VISA/MasterCard;
- Apple Pay and Google Pay;
- SWIFT transfers — for both deposits and withdrawals.
