According to Spot On Chain monitoring, the Arbitrum Foundation multi-signature address (starting with 0xd6c) deposited 15 million ARB (US$27.5 million) to Coinbase at a price of US$1.83 six hours ago.

Shortly after, six newly created wallets withdrew a total of 14.9 million ARB from Coinbase.
