​​🤓 Bittrex announced closure

The Bittrex Global exchange announced that it is ceasing operations. Effective December 4, 2023, all trading activity on Bittrex Global will be disabled.

Previously, the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) charged the exchange with illegal operation. Bittrex then filed for bankruptcy and announced that it was winding down its operations in the United States.

Bittrex was once one of the largest exchanges in the industry.
