After the breakout, we clearly hit the previous phase high, which is the peak on the left of the red box in the chart.
Currently at 63, this is the previous phase low where we had a pullback rally, but the current market conditions show that the rebound strength is really weak; it's not a good time to re-enter. The consolidation period isn't long enough; this is just a bounce.
If we drop below 63, it's game over.
