How to participate:

During the promotion, eligible Binance Pool users from the MENA and CIS regions can take the following steps to participate:

1. Complete identity verification (KYC).

2. Connect mining equipment to Binance Pool and mine BTC.

3. Increase your average BTC hash rate compared to the baseline period**.

4. Eligible users will be ranked by hash rate growth.

5. Maintain a minimum average BTC hash rate ≥ 250 TH/s throughout the promotion period.

Participation criteria:

• Countries participating in the promotion:

  • CIS: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan.

  • MENA: Egypt, Lebanon, Libya, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Yemen.

• In Saudi Arabia and Oman, only existing users who are already registered and have passed verification can participate.

Reward structure:

During the promotion, eligible miners from Binance Pool who meet the conditions will be able to claim rewards. Eligible users will be ranked based on their overall average daily increase in BTC hash rate in Binance Pool. The top 20 users will share 2,000 USDC according to the table below:

Bonus for new miners:

• The top 10 eligible new miners* with the highest average contribution to the hash rate during the promotion will receive 50 USDC from an additional reward pool of 500 USDC.

  • *New miners are users who did not register a mining account with Binance Pool before 17.06.2026 00:00 (UTC).

  • Bonuses for new miners are available only to miners with a minimum average BTC hash rate ≥ 1 PH/s throughout the promotion period.

Reward calculation:

• Hash rate growth is calculated based on the average hash rate of each eligible user:

  • Average campaign hash rate: average daily BTC hash rate of the user during the promotion.

  • Average hash rate of the baseline period: average BTC hash rate of the user from 01.06.2026 00:00 (UTC) to 16.06.2026 23:59 (UTC).

  • Hash rate growth (TH/s) = average campaign hash rate − average hash rate of the baseline period

• Existing users must achieve a minimum hash rate growth of 150 TH/s to qualify for rewards.

• **If an existing user had no BTC hash rate in the baseline period, their baseline average hash rate will be considered equal to 0.

Terms and conditions:

• These terms and conditions ('Promotion Terms') govern user participation in the activity outlined above ('Promotion'). By participating in this Promotion, users agree to these Promotion Terms, as well as the following additional conditions: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Notice; all of which are incorporated into these terms and conditions by reference.

• In case of any discrepancies or contradictions between these Promotion Terms and any other included terms, these Promotion Terms shall prevail, and the following documents shall apply in the order of priority and within the scope of such contradiction: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Notice.

• This Promotion may not be available in your region. Users are responsible for familiarizing themselves with any restrictions and/or requirements imposed regarding access to Binance services and their use in each country from which access to the services is made, and for complying with them.

• To have participation counted as valid, eligible users must be logged into their verified Binance accounts and meet the criteria outlined above during the Promotion Period.

• Users must have verified accounts to be eligible for any rewards.

• This Promotion is not available to Binance VIP users.

• Users receiving any fee discounts, rebates, or preferential fee terms are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. The standard fee rate is 4%.

• The results panel will be published within 14 business days after the end of the Promotion Period and will contain final rankings and details of reward distribution.

• USDC tokens will be distributed to eligible users on their spot accounts within 14 business days after the end of the Promotion.

• Binance reserves the right to disqualify a user and deny them the right to receive rewards if the account is involved in any dishonest actions (e.g., wash trading, illegal mass registration/login to accounts, trading with oneself, or market manipulation). Binance also reserves the right to disqualify any participants who interfere with Binance's code or hinder the operation of Binance's code using other software.

• At Binance's sole discretion, a user's participation may be deemed invalid, and users will be automatically excluded, disqualified, and denied the opportunity to accumulate benefits in cases where it is found:

  • Any violations of Binance's Terms of Use and its compliance policies, as well as attempts or proven cases of fraud committed by a person and/or using technology;

  • Manipulating results or failing to meet the requirements and provisions outlined in these Promotion Terms;

  • Providing incorrect, outdated, or misleading information by the user, or any potential liability for a crime related to ideological or document forgery;

  • Registrations and participation that used any technological means or showed signs of their use—electronic, computer, digital, robotic, repetitive, automatic, mechanical, and/or similar—for the purpose of automatic and/or repetitive reproduction of registrations, identical or not, which will also lead to the invalidation of all registrations and participations made by a user who used one of the aforementioned means or for one of the aforementioned purposes, even if not all registrations or participations were the result of using such means and/or were carried out with such purpose.

• Binance reserves the right at any time at its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or change or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice, including, among other things, the cancellation, extension, termination, or suspension of these activities, the terms and criteria for participation, the selection and number of winners, as well as the timing of any actions, and all Participants will be bound by such changes.
