According to the Snapshot page, the Aave community has initiated a vote to deploy Aave V3 to the Metis Andromeda mainnet. The vote will end at 10 pm on the 23rd. Currently, 99.95% of the votes are in favor. According to the proposal, the MetisDAO Foundation will fund the Aave ecosystem project through "builder mining incentives", "ecosystem grants" and "Genesi DAC investments". The builder mining incentive plan allocates 4,000 Metis every month based on the total monthly transaction volume responsible for each protocol.
Through this integration, Aave can also earn additional revenue through protocol fees and builder mining incentive programs. Metis is working with Bored Ghosts Developing (BGD) to conduct a technical assessment of the Andromeda network, and Gaunlet is working with Chaos Labs to provide risk analysis and recommendations for the deployment of the Metis Andromeda network. The proposal proposes to carry out a liquidity incentive campaign for 100,000 Metis tokens within 6 months of contract deployment, and work with Chaos Labs to develop a strategic allocation to enhance market depth and sticky liquidity. If the proposal is passed, Aave will coordinate with BGD to start Aave deployment, which is expected to take 4 weeks.
