How to participate

• Participation Method: Complete the subscription according to the following terms on a first-come-first-served basis

• Interest Distribution:

  • Tiered Rewards: Distributed to users' spot accounts daily, the first yield will be distributed on the next day after accumulation starts (i.e., subscription date + two days);

  • Real-time Annualized Yield: Directly accumulated into users' wealth management accounts every minute.

How to subscribe to U principal-protected earning currency:

• Step 1: You can purchase U through the 【Buy Coins】 page, supporting various payment methods such as Visa and Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and account balance. You can also directly recharge U to your Binance account;

• Step 2: Click on 【Principal-protected earning currency】 and search for U;

• Step 3: Choose liquidity, subscribe to U liquidity products, and start enjoying annualized yield.

Terms and Conditions:

• Participation in the above activities indicates your agreement to be bound by these terms (the 'Event Terms'). Participation in this event represents your agreement to these event terms and the additional terms below: (a) Binance Prize Event Terms; (b) Binance Terms of Use; (c) Binance Privacy Policy. The above additional terms are incorporated into these terms;

• If there is any ambiguity or conflict between the event terms and any other merged terms, the event terms shall prevail, followed by the following order of priority: (a) Binance Prize Event Terms; (b) Binance Terms of Use; (c) Binance Privacy Policy;

• Only users who complete identity verification during the event period will receive rewards for this event. This event is limited to the main account, and sub-accounts cannot receive rewards. The products/features offered in this event may not be available in certain regions, and users must understand and comply with applicable laws and regulations in their country/region;

• The adjusted annualized yield of Binance principal-protected earning currency products will be announced periodically on the platform. Before subscribing to any product on the Binance principal-protected earning currency platform, please refer to the Terms of Use for Principal-Protected Earning Currency Platform and Risk Warning;

• Rewards:

  • Real-time annualized yield changes every minute; for more accurate information, please refer to the product page. Real-time annualized yield rewards are directly accumulated into users' wealth management accounts every minute;

  • Tiered rewards are additional rewards provided on top of the real-time annualized yield. After subscription, the tiered reward starts accumulating from the next day at 08:00 (UTC+8) based on the snapshot of the daily subscribed liquidity products; the system snapshot will be conducted randomly every day between 08:00:00 and 07:59:59 the next day (UTC+8). The accumulated rewards will be distributed to the user's spot account between 08:00 and 16:00 (UTC+8) the following day;

    • Any redemption behavior from liquidity products between 08:00 (UTC+8) and the next day 08:00 (UTC+8) will cause the accumulation of tiered annualized yield rewards for that day to cease;

    • When redeeming liquidity products, the system will prioritize processing assets with accumulated rewards. You can view your reward history in Wealth Management History;

    • Tiered rewards are calculated based on the subscription quantity and are limited to the caps of each digital asset. For more detailed information, please refer to Frequently Asked Questions.

  • All users holding U liquidity products during the event period can simultaneously receive real-time annualized yield and tiered rewards. After the event ends, users can only receive real-time annualized yield rewards;

• Real-time annualized yield and additional tiered annualized yield come from Binance's own funds, and the amount distributed will be determined based on the assessment and evaluation of current market conditions;

• There is a limit on the individual subscription quantity for the event; once the limit is reached, users will be unable to continue subscribing.

• If a large number of redemption requests occur simultaneously, the redemption may be temporarily delayed and will be completed once liquidity is restored;

• Users can view liquidity assets through Assets > Wealth Management Account;

• Time required for liquidity product redemption: Immediate;

• To avoid ambiguity, unless otherwise stated, the 'U' mentioned in the above content is not a direct abbreviation for the fiat currency 'US Dollar';

• Binance reserves the right to cancel the participation qualifications of any participants who tamper with Binance program code or use other software to interfere with the operation of Binance program code;

• Binance reserves the right to immediately cancel the qualifications of any participant who exhibits fraudulent behavior or does not comply with any applicable terms and conditions;
