YieldBasis project introduction
YieldBasis is a DeFi protocol designed to solve the core pain points of automated market makers (AMM) for liquidity providers (LP) — Impermanent Loss. The project was developed by Michael Egorov, the founder of Curve Finance, who established YieldBasis in 2024. From the beginning, the project has focused on achieving a liquidity provision standard of 'zero impermanent loss' through mathematically elegant methods, allowing users holding assets like BTC and ETH to safely earn market-making profits without worrying about losses from price fluctuations.
YieldBasis completed a round of 5 million USD in venture capital in February 2025, with a token valuation of 50 million USD.
