The U.S. Department of Justice appeals New York judge’s ruling approving the sale of Voyager to Binance.US

ChainCatcher reported that the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) filed an appeal on Thursday evening, questioning the New York bankruptcy judge's decision to allow Binance.US to acquire the bankrupt Voyager Digital assets for billions of dollars.

As previously reported, the Voyager Unsecured Creditors Committee posted on social media that the court provided Voyager customers with the best exit path and would cooperate with the debtor to oppose any appeal. (Source link)
