Résumé
Binance accepts fiat and cryptocurrency deposits from external wallets and bank accounts. The method you should use varies depending on the currency you want to deposit.
Be sure to double-check the blockchain address and enter the correct memo or ID if necessary. If the blockchain network is congested, you may experience delays for your cryptocurrency deposits. If so, you may have to wait a little longer for your transaction to be confirmed. If after a while you are still having issues, please contact Binance Customer Support.
Depending on the method you use, fiat deposits may take several days to be credited. If you're experiencing long delays, check to see if deposits may have been suspended before contacting customer support.
Introduction
Before you can trade cryptocurrencies on Binance, you must deposit fiat or crypto funds. There are several methods to deposit your funds. Some take longer than others, so patience is required. Follow the steps below to ensure your funds arrive SAFU.
How to deposit cryptocurrencies on Binance?
In this example, we will deposit BNB from Trust Wallet.
1. Log in to your Binance account. Once you are logged in, hover over [Wallet], then click [Fiat & Spot].

2. Click [Deposit].

3. Select the [Crypto] tab.

4. Select the cryptocurrency you want to deposit.

5. If the cryptocurrency is issued on several networks, select the one on which you wish to make your deposit.
For example, BNB is issued on Binance Chain as a BEP-2 token, Binance Smart Chain (BSC) as a BEP-20 token, and Ethereum as an ERC-20 token. Therefore, if you have BEP-2 tokens in the wallet you are sending funds from, choose the BEP-2 deposit address. Be very careful with this step. If you deposit to the wrong address, you risk losing your deposit.

6. Depositing BNB requires both a deposit address and a MEMO. You will need to copy and paste them into the appropriate fields of the wallet you are depositing from.
Why is a MEMO necessary? Because the BNB deposit address is the same for all Binance users. The tag or memo is a unique identifier assigned to each account to identify a deposit and credit the appropriate account.
7. Tap BNB in your Trust Wallet.

8. Tap Send.

9. This field is where you need to paste the deposit address and MEMO provided on the Binance deposit page. You can also use your phone's camera to scan the QR code.

10. Confirm the transaction. Once the transaction is sent from your Trust Wallet, you can view its status in a blockchain explorer by searching for the transaction ID. We recommend the official Binance Chain explorer website.
11. You will be able to see your incoming deposit under your Transaction History on Binance.
How to buy cryptocurrencies with fiat currencies on Binance
You can buy cryptocurrencies on Binance with over 60 fiat currencies and multiple payment methods. The process would also be similar for other cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin (BTC) or Ether (ETH).
1. Log in to your Binance account. Once you are logged in, hover over [Wallet], then click [Fiat & Spot].

2. Click [Deposit].

3. Select the [Fiat] tab.

4. If you haven't already done so, complete your identity verification by clicking [Verify Now] and following the instructions.

5. Select the currency you want to purchase with and the payment method. Binance supports credit cards, bank transfers or your balance in fiat.

6. Enter the required information and follow the instructions.

7. Verify payment information before sending your payment.
Does Binance have cryptocurrency deposit fees?
Depositing your cryptocurrency on Binance is free. However, keep in mind that you will have to pay transaction fees when you send your cryptocurrency from your wallet to Binance. If you transfer your funds from an exchange, you may have to pay withdrawal fees to withdraw your crypto.
The minimum and maximum deposit amount with and without KYC
Users who have not completed the KYC (Know Your Customer) form on their account will have their deposits and withdrawals restricted to a greater extent. Actual limits differ depending on the country. The best way to find out about them is to log in and go to your profile page. Each new verification level will also increase your deposit and withdrawal limits.
How long should I wait for my deposit to be processed?
As soon as your cryptocurrency deposit has received enough confirmations, it should appear in your Binance Spot wallet immediately. However, heavy network traffic and congestion can cause delays. You can use the TxID (transaction number) to check the transfer status using a blockchain explorer like BscScan for Binance Smart Chain or EtherScan for Ethereum.
Fiat deposits depend on the method you used to send your money. The filing time can range from a few hours to several days. For more information, visit the fiat deposit page and select the deposit method of your choice.
Why can't I deposit on Binance?
If you are trying to deposit cryptocurrencies or fiat to Binance, there are two main reasons why your deposit might fail. First, Binance occasionally suspends fiat or crypto deposits for updates or technical maintenance. If you tried to make a fiat transfer and your fiat is no longer supported, Binance will return the funds (usually within seven business days).
If you are having difficulty depositing your crypto, it is often due to user error. On the deposit screen, Binance will display payment information for you to use. Make sure to carefully copy them to your wallet or withdrawal payment service page.
Binance occasionally suspends deposits. Check your emails or the latest news from Binance for more information. Also check that you have correctly copied and pasted the wallet address from Binance and that you have selected the correct blockchain network. You may also need to add a tag, MEMO or payment ID to successfully deposit your crypto.
What should I do if my Binance deposit hasn't arrived?
If you sent a fiat deposit and Binance did not credit it to your account, contact the Binance customer support team. Fiat deposits can take up to a few days.
If you sent a cryptocurrency deposit to the correct address without a MEMO, tag or payment ID, you can use the self-service form to recover your funds. To do this, you will need basic information about your transaction, including TxID, amount, and sender address. This process only works if the blockchain has sufficiently confirmed your transaction.

If your transaction is not confirmed, the network may be congested and you will have to wait longer. Different blockchains require a different number of confirmations. As mentioned, you can use the TxID to view the transfer status of your funds using a blockchain explorer.
How to check if a deposit was processed successfully
As soon as your cryptocurrency deposit has received enough confirmations, it should appear in your Binance Spot wallet immediately. You can check this by going to [Wallet] - [Overview] - [Transaction History].

Fiat deposits should also appear as soon as they hit Binance's account. You can see them in the [Fiat and Spot] section of the website.

To conclude
It may take some time to load your Binance account with fiat or crypto. Binance always attempts to offer its customers the fastest processing times for deposits, but delays are often beyond its control. If you are waiting longer than usual, please contact Binance Customer Support.
