Trading crypto coin can be very daunting and risky, but with consistency, patience, right timing and information, etc you can turn $10 to $100 or more within a month.

In this post, I'm going to share with you my personal trading experience here on Binance Spot, and by the end of reading this article or post, you will:

  • discover how to overcome the common challenges and pitfalls that traders face, such as emotional bias, unrealistic expectations, and poor market analysis.

  • also learn how to apply technical analysis tools and strategies to identify the best entry and exit points for your trades.

  • be able to monitor and evaluate your trading performance and make informed decisions based on data and logic.

Here are the 6 things to note well when you trade.

  1. Emotional control: Trading is a risky and stressful activity that can trigger strong emotions such as fear, greed, anger, or euphoria. These emotions can cloud your judgment and make you act irrationally. To be a successful trader, you need to be strong and decisive, and not let your emotions influence your decisions. You should have a clear trading plan and stick to it, regardless of how the market makes you feel.

  2. Price setting: One of the most important aspects of trading is setting the right price for your tokens. You want to make a profit, but you also want to be realistic and avoid being too greedy. Greediness can make you overestimate the value of your tokens, or hold on to them for too long, hoping for a higher price. This can result in losing your trading capital, or missing out on better opportunities. You should set profitable but reachable prices, based on your analysis and risk tolerance, and be ready to sell when you reach your target.

  3. Technical analysis: Technical analysis is the study of the price movements and trends of tokens, using various tools and indicators such as charts, patterns, volume, and momentum. Technical analysis can help you identify the best entry and exit points for your trades, as well as the potential direction and strength of the market. You should do a thorough technical analysis of the particular token you're trading, and not rely on your intuition or emotions. You should also keep yourself updated on the latest news and events that may affect the market.

  4. Market timing: Market timing is the act of entering and exiting the market at the optimal moments, based on your analysis and strategy. Market timing can be very challenging, as the market is unpredictable and volatile, and can change quickly and unexpectedly. You should be very careful of your entry and exit of the market, and not act impulsively or emotionally. You should also use stop-loss and take-profit orders to protect your trades and lock in your profits.

  5. Internet connection: Trading requires a fast and reliable internet connection, as any delay or interruption can cost you money or opportunities. You should have a very good internet connection when you want to trade, and avoid using public or unsecured networks that may compromise your security or privacy. You should also have a backup plan in case your primary connection fails, such as a mobile hotspot or a secondary device.

  6. Market monitoring: Trading is not a one-time activity, but a continuous process that requires constant attention and adjustment. You should revisit the market to check the performance of your bought-token, and see if it meets your expectations and goals. You should also evaluate your trading performance and results, and learn from your successes and failures. You should always be ready to adapt to the changing market conditions, and improve your trading skills and knowledge.
