🇹🇷 Do Kwon, co-founder of Terraform Labs, appealed after the Supreme Court of Montenegro supported extradition requests to the USA and South Korea. 😨 Kwon's lawyer stated that the local court is facing political pressure to extradite Kwon to the USA or South Korea.

🔁 Previously, Kwon successfully appealed the Supreme Court's decision, but the Supreme Court accepted the extradition requests as legal again on December 29.

🚨 Kwon was arrested in Montenegro for possession of fake official documents and sentenced to four months in prison. During his imprisonment, Montenegro must approve his extradition and determine the destination of his extradition. Kwon's US legal team also requested a postponement of the securities fraud trial so Kwon could attend the hearing in person.
