Solana network comes back online after second reboot

According to monitoring website Solana Status, the fix occurred at 01:28 UTC, after which engineers are said to continue monitoring the network's performance. The issue was considered resolved at 02:09 UTC.

The network went down in the early hours of February 25, meaning transactions were not being processed on the network as expected. After a few hours, the first network restart happened but had no effect, leading to the second solution.
