According to the Planet Daily, German Web3 game company Spielworks announced that it has acquired the Swedish social game application Wasder. The acquisition amount has not been disclosed. After the acquisition is completed, Wasder will be integrated into Spielworks' Wombat ecosystem to consolidate the connection between games, players and digital asset transactions, and cultivate a more dynamic and interconnected gaming community. In December last year, Spielworks received a strategic investment from The Hashgraph Association, and then announced that it would use the relevant funds to acquire the NFT one-stop platform Atomic Hub, while accelerating the use of Hedera's high-performance open source public ledger to expand its Web3 game ecosystem business and reduce the transaction fees of chain game players.
