TL;DR
Binance accepts fiat and crypto deposits from external wallets and bank accounts. The method to be used will vary, depending on the currency you wish to deposit.
Make sure you check the blockchain address twice and enter the correct memo or ID when necessary. If the blockchain network crashes, you may experience delays in crypto deposits. If this happens, you may need to wait a little longer for the transaction to be confirmed. If you are still experiencing problems after a while, please contact Binance Customer Support.
Depending on the method used, fiat deposits may take several days to be credited. If you experience a long delay, check whether the deposit may have been suspended before contacting customer support.
Introduction
Before you can trade cryptocurrencies on Binance, you need to deposit fiat or crypto funds. There are several methods for depositing funds. Some methods take longer than others, so a little patience is required. Follow the steps below to ensure that your funds arrive with SAFU and in good condition.
How to deposit cryptocurrency on Binance
In this example, we will deposit BNB from Trust Wallet.
1. Log in to your Binance account. After logging in, move the mouse to [Wallet], then click [Fiat and Spot].

2. Click [Deposit].

3. Select the [Crypto] tab.

4. Select the cryptocurrency you want to deposit.

5. If the cryptocurrency is issued on multiple networks, select the desired network to make the deposit.
For example, BNB is issued on Binance Chain as a BEP-2 token, on Binance Smart Chain (BSC) as a BEP-20 token, and on Ethereum as an ERC-20 token. That way, if you have BEP-2 tokens in the wallet you sent from, select the BEP-2 deposit address. Be careful with this step. If you deposit to the wrong address, you may lose your deposit.

6. BNB deposits require a deposit address and MEMO. You will need to copy and paste both into the appropriate fields in the wallet that is the deposit source.
Why is MEMO needed? Because the BNB deposit address is identical for all Binance users. MEMO is a unique identifier assigned to each account that allows Binance to identify deposits and credit them to the appropriate account.
7. Tap BNB in your Trust Wallet.

8. Tap Send.

9. This field is where you should paste the deposit address and MEMO from the deposit page on Binance. You can also use your phone's camera to scan QR codes.

10. Confirm the transaction. After sending it from Trust Wallet, you can see its status in the blockchain finder by searching for its transaction ID. We recommend the official Binance Chain finder.
11. You can view your incoming deposits in your Transaction history on Binance.
How to buy cryptocurrency with fiat currency on Binance
You can buy cryptocurrencies on Binance with more than 60 fiat currencies and various payment methods. The process is also similar for other cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin (BTC) or Ether (ETH).
1. Log in to your Binance account. After logging in, move the mouse to [Wallet], then click [Fiat and Spot].

2. Click [Deposit].

3. Select the [Fiat] tab.

4. If not, complete your identity verification by clicking [Verify Now] and following the instructions.

5. Select the currency you want to purchase and the payment method. Binance supports credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, or fiat balances.

6. Enter the required details and follow the instructions.

7. Make sure you double check your payment details before sending payment.
Does Binance have crypto deposit fees?
Depositing crypto into Binance has no fees. However, don't forget that you will have to pay transaction fees when sending crypto from your wallet to Binance. If you move funds from an exchange, you may have to pay a withdrawal fee to retrieve your crypto.
Maximum & minimum deposit amount with and without KYC
Users who have not completed KYC (Know Your Customer) on their accounts will experience deposit and withdrawal restrictions to a greater extent. The actual limits vary for each country. So, the best way to find out is to log in and then go to your profile page. Each new verification level will also increase your deposit and withdrawal limits.
How long does it take to deposit on Binance?
As soon as you have enough confirmations, your crypto deposit will immediately appear in your Binance Spot Wallet. However, heavy network traffic and congestion can cause delays. You can use TxID (Transaction ID) to check the status of a transfer using a blockchain locator, such as BscScan for Binance Smart Chain or EtherScan for Ethereum.
Fiat deposits will depend on the method used to send the money. The time required to deposit can range from a few hours to a few days. For more detailed information, go to the fiat deposit page and select your preferred deposit method.
Why can't I deposit to Binance?
If you are trying to deposit crypto or fiat into Binance, there are two main reasons the deposit may fail. First, Binance sometimes suspends fiat or crypto deposits for technical updates or maintenance. If you have tried to make a fiat transfer and the fiat is no longer supported, Binance will refund the funds (usually within seven business days).
If you're having trouble depositing crypto, it's often caused by user error. On the deposit screen, Binance will display payment details for you to use. Make sure you copy it carefully into your withdrawal wallet or payment service page.
Binance sometimes suspends deposits. So, check your emails or Binance updates for more information. Also make sure that you have copied and pasted the wallet address from Binance correctly and that you have selected the correct blockchain network. You should also add a tag, MEMO, or payment ID to successfully deposit crypto.
What to do if my Binance deposit hasn't arrived
If you have sent a fiat deposit and Binance has not credited it to your account, contact the Binance customer support team. Fiat deposits can take up to several days.
If you have sent your crypto deposit to the correct address without a MEMO, tag or payment ID, you can use the self-service form to help return the funds. For this action, you need some basic information about the transaction, including TxID, amount, and sender address. This process only works if the blockchain has sufficiently confirmed your transaction.

If the transaction is not confirmed, the network may become congested and you will need to wait longer. Different blockchains require different numbers of confirmations. As mentioned, you can use TxID to look up the status of asset transfers using the blockchain finder.
How to check that the deposit was successful
As soon as you have enough successful confirmations, your crypto deposit will immediately appear in your Binance Spot Wallet. You can check it further by navigating to [Wallet] - [Overview] - [Transaction History].

Fiat deposits should also appear as soon as they reach your Binance account. You can see it in the [Fiat & Spot] section of the website.

Closing
Loading a Binance account with fiat or crypto can take some time. Binance always tries to provide the fastest processing times for deposits, but delays are often beyond Binance's control. If you have been waiting longer than usual, please contact Binance customer support.
