According to ChainChain, the privacy public chain Secret Network community has decided to reorganize the Secret Foundation and establish a new transparent non-profit organization (NPO). The Secret Network community expressed concerns about the current structure and operation of the Secret Foundation, and initiated a reorganization proposal to address these issues and increase transparency.

The assets of the old Secret Foundation will be transferred to the new NPO, ensuring that the salaries and benefits of capable team members are not affected by the transfer. The NPO will provide annual accounts of its activities, including KPIs, budgets, and goals.
