These terms and conditions ("Activity Terms") govern your participation in this activity ("Activity"). By participating in this activity, users agree to these activity terms and the following additional terms: (a) Binance Prize Offer Terms and Conditions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; (c) Binance Privacy Policy; all of which are included by reference in these terms and conditions.

Eligible users from qualifying regions who complete identity verification and have an active Binance wallet will be eligible for any rewards. Rewards will not be distributed to users who delete or disable their Binance wallets.
Binance reserves the right to exclude a user from receiving the reward if the account is involved in any dishonest behavior (such as wash trading, fraudulently registered accounts, self-dealing, or market manipulation).
The Binance platform reserves the right to determine and/or modify or change these terms and conditions at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice, including but not limited to the cancellation, extension, termination, or suspension of this activity, eligibility criteria, selection of winners and their number, and timing of any actions, and these modifications are binding on all participants.
The Binance platform reserves the right to exclude any participants who manipulate the Binance script or interfere with the operation of the Binance script using any other software.
