Yesterday, we had a total of US$ 222 million in liquidations at the end of the day, which increased selling pressure. As I mentioned before, we did not see a significant drop, prices continue to respect the boxes and entry zones close to support.
Today, the external market comes into action to react to these drops and we will see who will come out on top. Starting at 2 pm, we should start to observe this movement and better understand the trend. And once again, for now, the focus should be on maintaining calm and risk management.
Today we have the result of the January national activity index by the Chicago FED, this morning (it is not out yet, I will update you).
☑️ Thursday, February 27: Release of the US Gross Domestic Product (GDP) for the fourth quarter, at 10:30 am.
☑️ Friday, February 28: US Personal Consumption Expenditures (PCE) Price Index release, also at 10:30 am.
These indicators will provide insights into the health of the US economy and will OBVIOUSLY impact investor sentiment until then. Let's keep an eye on them.
