According to Foresight News, the Montenegro court has once again approved the extradition of Do Kwon. The decision to extradite is now in the hands of Justice Minister Andrej Milovic. Andrej Milovic has expressed his desire to extradite Do Kwon to the United States multiple times, thus increasing the possibility of Do Kwon's extradition to the United States. Marija Rakovic, the public relations head of the High Court of Podgorica in Montenegro, stated that the court agreed to the extradition of Do Kwon on Tuesday, stating that the legal requirements for his extradition to South Korea and the United States have been met.
Previously, the local Supreme Court rejected the decision to extradite Do Kwon to South Korea and restarted the extradition process.
