According to PANews, Bloomberg ETF senior analyst Eric Balchunas stated on Twitter that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) staff have not yet provided any comments to the issuers of Ethereum spot ETF applications. This is not a good sign, as the staff would usually comment on Bitcoin spot ETF applications.

Furthermore, there is no issue of the U.S. SEC losing a case on Ethereum ETFs, and the correlation between Ethereum spot and futures is not as strong as that of Bitcoin ETFs, which may indicate a less optimistic outlook.
