According to Coincu, a study of Hong Kong investors showed that local virtual asset investors have a growing trend of investing in cryptocurrencies. The survey showed that 75% of virtual asset investors showed a strong interest in cryptocurrencies, with the pursuit of short-term gains as the main goal. In addition, 74% of respondents believed that virtual assets, especially cryptocurrencies, represent a general investment trend.
The survey also showed that 73% of respondents were worried about missing out on favorable investment opportunities in the cryptocurrency sector. This fear of missing out (FOMO) indicates that people have a higher awareness of the rapid development and potential returns of the cryptocurrency market. The results of the study show that Hong Kong virtual asset investors have demonstrated a commendable level of financial management knowledge, which means that investors are making wise decisions, understanding the complexity of the cryptocurrency market, and strategically dealing with the risks and returns associated with digital assets.
