According to TechFlow, Figure is working with Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase and Jefferies to potentially IPO its lending business in 2024. Figure hopes to be valued at $2-3 billion and seeks to raise $50 million for the digital asset division. The company founded the Provenance blockchain, which provides institutional solutions, including a blockchain-based mortgage registry. Although Figure's main goal is to become an infrastructure provider, CEO Mike Cagney considers an IPO because banks now accept blockchain.
