According to CoinDesk, the Cardano-based decentralized exchange (DEX) MuesliSwap will soon open a self-service refund window to refund users' losses due to high slippage within 12 months. Last week, some members (such as @beaumont_dvd) said that they had been waiting for the self-service refund website to open for more than three months since MuesliSwap's initial announcement. However, by opening a support ticket on the forum platform Discord MuesliSwap, loss refunds can already be applied for and processed. These will be processed by providing personal wallet details directly to the platform. In contrast, the self-service refund website will allow anyone to automatically connect to the Cardano network and receive the so-called lost Cardano ADA tokens in the form of high handling fees. As of Thursday, MuesliSwap is one of the most used platforms on the Cardano blockchain, with more than $13 million in various tokens locked.
