According to Foresight News, Gavin Wood and Joe Petrowski of the Web3 Foundation initiated RFC-32, proposing to migrate the logic of multiple subsystems from the relay chain to the "system parachain". These "system chains" will form the entire Polkadot network together with the relay chain. If the state transition of the relay chain can be performed on the parachain, some resources will be released, and the part of the validator resources originally used for the relay chain state transition can be reused, thereby providing more core time for the network, that is, more block space. It is reported that the identity, staking and governance systems will be migrated to the system parachain first.
