Blockchain development platform Alchemy has hired former Stripe Web3 head Guillaume Poncin as head of engineering, Foresight News reported. Ponchin will be responsible for engineering and technical management of Alchemy’s existing and new products, as well as expanding services.
Guillaume Poncin launched fiat-to-crypto on-ramps and cross-border payments products using stablecoins at Stripe. Prior to Stripe, Poncin spent 12 years at Google, where he served as a technical lead for Google Books and Google Cloud, and led engineering and product work at an educational gaming startup.
