Purpose: Introducing the BNB Chain Builder Grant, you will have the opportunity to access the largest crypto user base by building on BNB Chain and elevate your project to the next level. We are opening the door for innovative project teams who want to build or migrate cross-chain to BNB Chain, the largest smart contract blockchain in Web3 by transaction volume and daily active users. How to do it? Well, you ask, well, we understand that broad promises of support only provide misleading promises to underdog teams that are doing their best to innovate. For this reason, we’re launching something a little more tangible: a sizable investment in new BNB Chain builders, where we’ll put up to $500,000 per month into innovative teams ready to take their projects to the next level. Starting October 3, 2022, brand new projects and those looking to reach the largest daily active user base in Web3 will be able to apply for their own Builder Grant and start building projects using BNB Chain.

How? Well, you ask, we understand that vague promises of support only serve to provide misleading promises to innovative underdog teams doing the best they can. That’s why we’re launching something more substantial: a significant new BNB Chain Builders Grant, where we’ll invest up to $500,000 per month to innovative teams ready to take their projects to the next level. Starting October 3, 2022, new projects and those looking to reach the largest base of daily active users in Web3 will be able to apply for their own Builder Grant and start building with BNB Chain.
BNB Chain Builder Grant Model
If you haven’t yet developed the necessary plans for your relocation or have not yet reached the stage where you think you qualify to be selected – then fear not. We ensure that you have the opportunity to apply in the first week of every month from October onwards. From the 1st to the 7th of each following month, we will open applications for teams that will benefit from the extensive support on offer. We will then begin a rigorous three-week selection process, and we will select up to 10 projects by the end of the month.
How to ensure your project is selected
If you would like further guidance on the types of projects we are looking for, then you can openly ask in our dedicated BNB Chain research window, where you will find the status quo we are currently looking to address. However, we do not limit projects to specific subcategories, in fact, we are more interested in teams that have begun to show strong traction in the construction phase. Daily Active Users (DAU) and TVL will reveal the status of your project, but for projects that are in the early stages and are particularly impressive, we will consider the opportunity to relax.
Technical founders, business teams, and operators who have created tens of millions of dollars in value, are self-sufficient, and have extensive experience in running companies are all ways to demonstrate team strength and can be further emphasized. While you may have experience in creating very successful Web3 organizations, we also welcome Web2 founders who have achieved similar success. Our goal is very simple: these projects have not yet received the necessary support to implement their ideas, and we hope to work with them to bring these exciting projects and industries to life.

Potential teams can visit our new BNB Chain Builder Grants page and fill out a simple form that will enter a pool of projects for consideration by our professional members. We anticipate a large number of applications, but want to emphasize that if your project is not selected in the month of your application, this will not affect your eligibility for future selection. Once selected, please work with our team to ensure that you are prepared to help your project reach its full potential. We are very interested in and will work closely with teams that we believe can help us bring the next billion users to Web3.
