CZ is undoubtedly a great manager. He was able to build a huge world-class platform with many functions and employ thousands of people. How does he manage to do everything? CZ time management rules:

— I believe that time management is mainly about being able to say “no.” What you don't do is more important than what you do.

— I don’t conduct introductory meetings, they take a lot of time and are ineffective. I say no mercilessly, sometimes to the point of being rude.

— I like brevity, it frees up time for something else. If something can be generalized, it should be done.

— I keep most meetings to 15 minutes or less, even face-to-face meetings. I tell everyone that I only have 15 minutes free.

— I do not take part in the conference if I am not needed there. I ask for a short summary that I can read in 30 seconds.

— I don’t chat, work or personal, online or offline. I always ask the question directly: “What do you want me to do?” If no action is needed from me, I ignore it. I don't communicate for fun.

— I leave chats in which I no longer need to speak. This applies to work and personal life. Each exit from the chat is minus one notification, minus one pop-up window.

— I don’t communicate much, I don’t keep in touch with many people.

— I have few friends, fewer than most people.

— I don’t go shopping and I hate doing it. I buy things online and in bulk. 10 identical pants, shirts, socks. I choose what the AI recommends on the first lines of the search so as not to think about it.

— I don't cook food. I order one of the first three items on the menu so I don't have to spend more than 10 seconds ordering. I prefer quick food instead of "French dinners". I ask the chef to serve all the dishes at once.

— I don’t clean my room, I don’t neatly put things in my suitcase or on the table. It's always a mess there.

— I hardly read the news, and if I do, I quickly skim through the entire text in 10 seconds. I read quickly.

— I don’t watch sporting events unless Binance is there as a sponsor.

— I don’t watch TV, I find most films boring.

— I don’t use TikTok, I don’t post videos.

— I spend a lot of time on Twitter and write several blogs.

— I don’t listen to music, I like quiet places.

— I listen to books, mostly at 2.5x speed. I listen to them when I take a shower, brush my teeth, sit on the toilet, drive in the car, at the airport, and so on.

— If a book stops being interesting, I turn it off immediately. I don't finish most books.

- In general, I'm a boring guy.

Time is the most limited resource, and knowledge is the most powerful multiplier. Don't change the time for anything else.
