Coinbase Cloud head and engineering lead both departed

According to ChainCatcher, The Block cited people familiar with the matter as saying that Joe Lallouz and Aaron Henshaw, the head of Coinbase Cloud and engineering director, have resigned from Coinbase. Both are founders of blockchain infrastructure provider Bison Trails, which Coinbase acquired for more than $457 million in 2021. After the acquisition, Bison Trails was renamed Coinbase Cloud.

ChainCatcher previously reported that Coinbase announced last month that it would lay off about 950 people, accounting for 20% of its total employees, and cut operating expenses by 25%. (Source link)
