1⃣️Reflection/Flow [Corporate/Team Culture that Allows Errors]

I often see a phenomenon where companies/teams attempt to create an environment where mistakes cannot be made, and always set very strict penalties for mistakes. If an employee makes a mistake, the company will hold him accountable and punish him, but most of the time after the employee is punished, the problem will still occur again, and when it happens, many employees will try to hide it or shirk their responsibility, causing the damage of the problem to expand.

A better approach is that the company itself must create a fault-tolerant environment, and must establish a feedback mechanism for errors to encourage problems to be solved on the table, rather than severely punishing employees who make mistakes and making everyone feel chilly.

Thank you friends for sending the wedding invitations and wedding cakes.

4. Good luck

I was chatting with my friends about MEMELAND’s success model, and I was lucky enough to know that MEMELAND’s CEO spends 8 hours a day studying WEB3 and has bought a lot of NFTs. This is one of the reasons for their success. The people at the helm are always paying attention to the changing market.
