According to Bloomberg, a report from hedge fund research firm LCH Investments shows that the top 20 hedge fund companies will have a total profit of $22.4 billion after deducting fees in 2022. Among them, Citadel, which ranked first, made a profit of US$16 billion last year, exceeding the US$15 billion that John Paulson earned from shorting subprime mortgages in 2007, setting a record for the highest annual profit for a hedge fund company. Meanwhile, Bridgewater Associates made $6.2 billion last year. On the other hand, smaller companies have seen increased losses due to market turmoil. #crypto2023
